Very Good app. Convenient to have so I can check my rewards, track my warranties, add my vehicles and see my purchases . Wish we had the language option for our customers. Spanish, portugués and creole.

It’s a shame that if I don’t own a business I can’t use the app, I’ve tried everything even making an account on the web site and still can’t login, says it. Doesn’t recognize the user name or password, your app really is useless, guess I’ll have to stick with NAPA

Add compatibility from other vehicles on the parts, make it easier to read the description like left and right or rear or back.

Whenever I order on the app from the Cope store, they start shopping when I get to the store, totally defeats the purpose of pre-ordering so that I can do it myself

I enter my ZIP Code and you give me 60 miles away for parts. How come you’re not connecting

Doing a fast and easily purchase.

Slow, delayed, or just don’t work. Takes forever to navigate anywhere and it’s so frustrating that I just don’t want to buy from AutoZone anymore.

The web site should give an option to screen out not available items

The cart order is very difficult to view. The screen is very limited you can’t even see a complete item.

I like this auto parts store but all have there features and so on but the auto zone app is quite nice to use and ur not gonna be able to just download the O’Reillys One instantly and auto zone has some good prices for the part you get so that’s exactly why Im giving it a 5 star review good app to work and find parts

You can track your warranties, rewards, find available parts nearby, find details on parts. Awesome app that keeps getting better.

I qualified for free shipping and 20% off !! When I went to complete purchase I paid for shipping anyway. This might be why Amazon is closing these parts stores down.

This app is soooo much better than the other one. It’s extremely easy to navigate I can also look up all my purchases easily and everything that I still have under warranty. Just that one thing right there will save me a ton of money ,from repurchasing parts I already have under warranty. I only know this because I seen the same parts bought multiple times lol

I need to be able to keep my payment cards on file within the app. So I don't have to keep re-entering my card number every time I place an order. Very frustrating.

I ordered the same product last night and was told it will be ready for pickup at an in Tucson today but it was an address in Phoenix. Now I have to wait 3-5 days before the money is back in my account. I don’t understand why it takes so long to get my money back when you can take it in a matter of seconds.

I found that the AutoZone website was easy to understand and straightforward.

AutoZone seems to be the clear winner every time I'm doing major work on my cars and trucks. The people are awesome, and they are car people. The app... It too, is great, except, for when you need, a part. Trying to find what store has your part is friggin' torture. Every time, I gotta play 20,000 questions each and every time, to find out, one store at a time, who has the friggin' part! Just show on a MAP, which stores have that part! EASY!

I’ve been coming to that store for over 20 years or other AutoZone every time I go in there smells like weed they’re all smoking weed. You can smell it on the staff now. Do you trust somebody when they’re high well, I don’t at this time.

Version 25.2 wouldn’t update. Looks like I’ll have to uninstall and reinstall. What’s the point of having an update bottom pop when it won’t work?

Using this app with an account has made finding the right parts so easy. Add your vehicle profile and compatibility filters show you only items that are compatible with your vehicle. Then add the order pickup feature and the whole process is so much faster and allows a high degree of confidence that I’m finding the right product.
